April 2019 Boat Prep
Well, its late April and there are reports of fresh striped bass from small schoolies to the low 20lb class being caught in and around the Norwalk Islands. I cannot keep my boat at the marina until the first week in May.
I am in the process of getting the boat ready. This is what I have done/will be working on.

Reinstall batteries
Bottom Paint
Replace Battery terminal Lug
Wash/wax
Grease All Fittings
Replace fuel/water separator
Replace transducer bracket
Remove pin-striping on waterline
Remount float switch
Repair Center Console Cover

Prep Frog Hooks for Docks
I use 4x4 posts with plywood on top and bottom with little notches cut out (for string) to act as a structure for my tarp to lay on in order to keep water and snow from weighing it down once it is on the boat.

The 3m adhesive remover wheel does a great job of getting rid of old pin striping
